The Troubleshooting Team is headed by Rajat Sharma who founded the firm in 2009 as a specialist Dispute Resolution practice. He and the firm as recognised as a leading in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Litigation by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
The team is recognised for being young, aggressive and that it wins. It is that simple.
It has an unprecedented track record having won 100% of the cases it has prosecuted or defended in the High Court, Court of Appeal or London Court of International Arbitration in the last 10 years.
It has achieved success for clients in complex disputes arising across a broad range of industrial sectors including corporate acquisitions, commercial contract, fraud, financial services, media, professional negligence and international trade.
The practice is a unique combination of commercial litigation (with a particular expertise in interim injunctions), international arbitrations (under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules), expert determinations, corporate investigations and cross-border work.
Outside Court, the team is regularly deployed to handle and resolve (usually discretely) all types of complex personal and commercial issues working in partnership with specialist barristers, experts and private investigation, intelligence and security firms domestically and internationally.
The team is regularly instructed against and/or in preference to top ranking city & national firms.

We have undertaken over £100m value of deals so far. This year alone we are working on deals in excess of £50 million.
We are leaders in the automotive body shop repair and insurance sector, advising on both the buy and sell side of mergers and acquisitions. We work with management teams and investors on management buyouts, private equity and venture capital investments. We also advise on joint ventures, shareholder agreements and bespoke, business crucial commercial contracts.
On every deal, we work as part of the client’s transaction team, whether this involves working in partnership with in-house support or external advisors. We aim to offer seamless advice to our clients as part of their advisory team, providing a consistent approach, experienced project management and costs certainty.
